Booked, paid, reminded.
Bookings that take payment and send their own reminders, and portals where staff, clients or members each see only their part.
Half the business still runs on paper and email.
We build booking systems and platforms: bookings that take payment, client portals, payments to other people, and admins for several users. Each one is quoted from a written estimate of the work, and simple booking for one bookable thing can be added to any site.
What you get
- Bookings that land in your staff's calendars as invites, with an email to the customer
- Card payments through Stripe, paid into your own account
- Reminders that go out on time without anyone sending them
- Sign-in for staff, clients or members, each seeing only their part
- A calendar that won't let a room, a person or an item be booked twice
- Terms and consent forms signed online and saved as PDFs
Blip Staff Hub
Blip's clinic runs on its Staff Hub. A family is onboarded from one personal link, sessions go into clinicians' calendars as invites, invoices are paid by card and marked paid on their own, and reminders send themselves.

- Cachet Sel
Exhibition loans and hire for film and television go on a calendar that can't double-book a piece.
Questions we get asked.
Why not use an off-the-shelf booking app?
If one does what you need, use it: they're cheap and quick to set up. A system of your own makes sense when bookings are tangled up with the rest of the work, such as onboarding forms, payments to other people, or staff who each need their own view.
Can customers pay when they book?
Yes. Payment goes through Stripe into your own account, either when they book or by invoice afterwards, and it's marked paid on its own when the money arrives.
Can you add booking to the site we already have?
Simple booking for one bookable thing can be added to any site we build. For a site built elsewhere, we'd look at it first, and often it's quicker to rebuild than to bolt on.
