Where does your week go?
Quotes, invoices, onboarding and reminders, done by the system instead of in your evenings.
Evenings go on writing quotes and chasing invoices.
We look at where your week goes, then take the worst of it off you: quotes and invoices, onboarding new clients, reminders, and keeping an eye on your accounts. A small admin can be added to any site; anything bigger is quoted as a platform.
What you get
- Quotes priced from your own rules, and invoices raised as PDFs
- New clients onboarded through one link: terms, payment and forms
- Reminders sent on time without anyone remembering to send them
- A watch on who controls your domain, email and accounts
- Reports your accountant can use without retyping
- Documents sent as links your clients can open on a phone
Spraggs3D
Spraggs3D's admin prices each 3D printing job from design time, print time, material and finishing, sends the quote and invoice as branded PDFs, and tracks the job from enquiry to payment. Before launch, a job split into a prototype invoice and a production-run invoice was checked to add up to the whole job, to the penny.

Reads a domain's public records, keeps a register of who controls each account, and watches for renewals and changes.
Questions we get asked.
What kind of admin can be automated?
Anything that follows the same rules every time: pricing a job, raising an invoice, sending a reminder, chasing a form that hasn't come back. We start by finding where your week goes, then build for the worst of it first.
Do we need a new website as well?
Not always. A small admin can sit behind a site we build. A bigger one is built as a system of its own for your team, like the clinic system behind Blip, which has no public address at all.
How is our data kept safe?
Our admins sign in with a password and a code from an authenticator app, with backup codes. Permissions are checked on the server for every record, and uploaded files sit in private storage that only the admin can open.
