The clinic's intranet: clients, onboarding, bookings, documents.
The job
Blip's clinicians and office needed one place for client records, onboarding, bookings and staff paperwork, so nothing depends on email attachments or on a clinician remembering to send a letter.
What was built
A private intranet behind invite-only sign-in. A family is onboarded through one personal link: the fees letter, terms, payment and consent forms, with each signed part saved as a PDF on the case. Sessions are booked with calendar invites, invoices are paid by card through Stripe, reminders go out on their own, and staff records, supervision and policies sit alongside.
Where it is now
In daily use by the Blip team. It holds health records, so it is described here rather than shown.
