Sold online, counted at the till.

Your own shop on Square or Stripe, in your account and your name. On Square, the shop and your till share one stock count.

You sell over the counter, but not online.

We build online shops on Square or Stripe, with an admin for products and orders, delivery or collection, and order emails. If your till is Square, the shop runs on the same account, so something sold over the counter is never sold twice online.

What you get

  • Products, stock and orders in an admin made for your shop
  • Delivery, click and collect, gift wrap or gift cards, where you need them
  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the checkout
  • Order emails in your shop's own branding
  • Terms, privacy and returns written to UK consumer law
  • Customers, orders and payouts in your own account

Spragg's Games

Spragg's Games, a board game and coffee shop in Oswestry, sells online from the same Square account as its till. Before launch, a gift card was bought with real money, checked and refunded, and every customer email went out as it should.

Questions we get asked.

Can my online shop share stock with my till?

Yes, if the till is Square. The shop is built on your own Square account, so a sale in the shop or online comes off one stock count. Spragg's Games in Oswestry is built this way.

Square or Stripe: which should we use?

Square, if you already take payments on a Square till: the shop and the till then share products and stock. Stripe, if you sell online only, or sell subscriptions and memberships. Either way the account is yours and the money goes to your bank.

Who keeps the customer details?

You do. The shop runs on your own Square or Stripe account, so customers, orders and payouts sit in your name. If you ever leave the studio, they stay where they are.
